Gymnasts Win HP Invite - Varsity and Middle School Meets

The Varsity gymnastics team beat Lakeview, Kingwood HS, Atascocita and Kingwood Park HS’s to win the 2021 HP Invite last week.
VARSITY
Clayton Staunton continues his win streak with 1st Place on all 7 events (includes All Around). Clay won EVERY event and an all-around aggregate score of 56.00.
The best finisher behind Clay was-
Triston Brown (senior captain) who was 2nd on Parallel Bars, his best finish to date.
And our top ten place finishers were:
Xander Mclendon, senior captain, was 4th on Floor, Parallel Bars, 5th on Vault and 6th All-Around

Alexander Miller was 3rd on Horizontal Bar
Lance Lorio was 4th on Rings
John Sartain was 6th on Pommel Horse
Adam Harper’s 6th on Vault
William Benz 10th on Floor
