The Lady Scots Gymnastics Team qualified four athletes to the State Championships to be held in College Station on April 28-29. Junior Captain Lily Ford, Junior Captain Ana Simpson, Junior Erin Bollinger, and Junior Margaret Maambo all placed in the top 10 in the All-Around after two days of Regional competition.

Lily placed 10th on Vault, 7th on Bars, 8th on Beam, 8th on Floor, and 5th All-Around. She scored season high scores on Bars and All-Around. Her highest score on day 2 was 9.45 on Floor.

Ana finished 12th on Vault and 13th on Bars. She placed 4th on Beam, 9th on Floor, and 7th All-Around. Ana scored season highs on Beam and All-Around on Day 2. Her highest score was 9.65 on Beam.

Erin finished 15th on Vault, 14th on Bars, and 15th on Floor. She placed 10th on Beam and 9th All-Around. Erin scored season highs on Vault, Floor, and All-Around. Her highest score was 9.2 which she scored on Beam and Floor.

Margaret finished 15th on Bars, 13th on Beam, and 19th on Floor. She placed 6th on Vault and 10th All-Around. Margaret scored season highs on Vault and Beam. Her highest score was 9.7 on Vault.

Freshman Harper O’Neal had a fantastic meet finishing 12th on Vault, 17th on Bars, 18th on Beam, 18th on Floor, and 12th All-Around. She scored season highs on Vault, Bars, Beam, and All-Around. Her highest score was 9.4 on Vault.

Sophomore Caroline Fullwood finished 18th on Vault, 22nd on Bars, 21st on Beam, 20th on Floor, and 15th All-Around. Her highest score was 8.8 on Floor.
