The Lady Scots Varsity 1 Golf Team competed at the Heart of Texas Tournament at Pecan Valley on September 9th and 10th. On Friday, the girls played 36 holes followed by 18 on Saturday. The team competed against the top 5A and 6A teams in the state and came in 10th place out of the 27 team field.

The Lady Scots had three golfers shoot a round in the 70s. There were two golfers who had a tournament PB round, sophomore, Grace Heiss shot a round of 73 and senior, Iris Song shot a round of 78! Players at the Varsity 1 event were Grace Heiss, Iris Song, Allison McCain, Landry Saylor, Claire Wiebe.
