5/3/2026	2026-27 RANK ONE FORMS - The Rank One Forms must be completed for all incoming 7th-12th athletes before the first day of practice or first day of school, whichever comes first. To complete the forms, the parents must have their child's student id number. Please email Head Athletic Trainer, Coach Christal Benson - bensonc@hpisd.org, if you have any questions. Link
5/3/2026	2026-27 ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - Saturday, May 16th @ the Weber Indoor Facility. Incoming 7th & 8th grade - 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., and incoming 9th-12 grade 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Please bring the physical form and completed medical history form on the 16th. Please make sure a parent and the athlete has signed the medical history form before arriving. The physician onsite will complete the physical form.
