4/28/2025	HEART SCREENING - Saturday, May 10th in the Clements Leadership Center. Please click the link for more information and to register for an appointment. CAPPOHealth will perform an EKG, Echocardiogram and Vascular Ultrasound to detect abnormalities and signify whether or not your child is at risk for a cardiac episode. They will identify any life-threatening conditions common to athletes (such as Myocarditis, HCM, blood clots and DVTs). All tests are non-invasive, and the privacy and safety of your child is always maintained. All three tests will take under an hour. Link
4/16/2025	ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - Saturday, May 10th @ the HPISD Indoor Facility. 7th-8th Grade - 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. 9th-12th Grade - 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Cost - $25 cash or check (make check out to HP Sports Medicine). May complete Rank One forms after May 1st. Please complete medical history form prior to arrival. No physical can be dated before May 1, 2025. Link
