The Scots traveled to Texarkana to compete in the Texas High Jay Brewer Memorial Tiger Classic and finished 2nd in a very strong field. Junior Brooks Simmons led the Scots shooting rounds of 72-72 to finish in a tie for the lead after 36 holes. Brooks went on to win the playoff with a birdie on the fourth hole, earning the individual medalist honors. Junior Charles Nelson also had a strong showing, shooting rounds of 72-74 to finish T4.
