The Scots Captain Council had its annual cookout on May 17th. Lonnie Jordan, HPISD Athletic Director, led the program. He reminded the captains about the leadership standards and the success of the athletic program throughout the year.

The Iron Scot Awards were announced during the cookout. To be eligible for this recognition, the captain must be a senior and letter in two or more sports during their high school career.
