Congratulations to Coach Roxanne Farris as she was named the Region 3-6A Assistant Girls Cross Country Coach of the Year by the Texas High School Coaches Association. This is Coach Farris' eighth year at Highland Park High School. She teaches chemistry and is a Lady Scots Cross Country and Track & Field Assistant Coach. Before coming to Highland Park, she was the head boys' and girls' cross country coach and head girls' track & field coach at Coppell and North Garland.

Coach Farris is instrumental in all that we do as a program. We appreciate you more than you will ever know - thanks for all that you do each and every day! We are so proud of you!
