The Lady Scots Cross Country Team celebrated their 2022 season on Thursday, December 1st at their annual banquet. The banquet was led by the team captains - Kennedy Foy, Avery Owens, and Windsor Rhodes. The team had a great season and made many fun memories!
There were 44 athletes who were named to the District 7-6A Academic All-District Team:
Freshmen – Julia Berlin, Eva Boutros, Campbell Dean, Grace Golden, Hayden Gray, Maddie Heckler, Morgan Howarth, Greer Jackson, Annika Johnson, Kate Kozman, Mary Grace Mousa, Pate Presley, Bess Prather, and Ava Thropp
Sophomores – Surya Assar, Elaine Cochran, Mary Lawrence Cordon, Mary Katherine Diehl, Samantha Meck, Natalie Miller, Kate Moran, Tessa Nurre, Ellie Preston, Reese Preston, Varsha Ravi, Price Rhodes, and Caroline Scott
Juniors – Ava Byrd, Kayla Dickerson, Rylie Galanos, Ashley Goldman, Gracie Spillman, and Katie Taulbee

The following athletes were District 7-6A All-District: Kayla Dickerson (1st Team), Ashley Goldman (1st Team), Maddie Heckler (1st Team), Charlotte Hudson (1st Team), Samantha Meck (1st Team), Ellie Preston (1st Team), and Gracie Spillman (1st Team).
The following athletes were Cross Country Coaches Association of Texas All-Region – Maddie Heckler and Charlotte Hudson.
