The Lady Scots Track & Field Team competed in the last practice meet of the season on Thursday, February 10th at the Lovejoy Early Bird Tri-Meet. The teams competing were Highland Park, Lovejoy, and Prosper Rock Hill.

The top performers in each event were:
• Mason Prather – Shot Put – 31’ 6”
• Savannah Hinze – 100 M Dash – 13.69, 100 M Hurdles – 16.45, and 300 M Hurdles – 48.88
• Kayla Dickerson – 800 M Run – 2:26.11
• 4 x 100 M Relay – 51.82 – Hattie Speicher, Kate Rossley, Katelyn Tanner, and Emery Clarke
• Kate Rossley – 200 M Dash - 27.68
• Charlotte Hudson – 1600 M Run - 5:24.97
• Parker Herzog - 400 M Dash – 62.38

Since Lovejoy did not have any of the other field events other than shot put, we had our own competition at Germany Park. The top performers were:
• Mason Prather – Discus – 88’ 7”
• Callie DeSchryver – High Jump – 5’ 0” and Triple Jump – 34’ ¼”
• Hattie Speicher – Long Jump – 17’ ¼”
• Pole Vault – Ailey Fidler – 9’ 6”

The first pre-season meet is the McKinney Boyd Relays at Ron Poe Stadium on Friday, February 18th and 19th. On Friday, the events start at 3:00 p.m., and on Saturday, they start at 8:00 a.m. Tickets will be sold online only – Click Here
