Congratulations to the Scots Wrestling Team as they placed 5th at the Regional Championship Meet on Saturday at Anna High School! The State Qualifiers are: Henry Hoy placed 1st (170), Cooper Chapman placed 1st (106), and Jacob Waskey placed 2nd (120).
The other team members who also competed were: Tom Porter placed 5th (138), Carter Barden placed 5th (160), and Carter Baumgartner (113).
The UIL State Wrestling Championship Tournament will be held on Friday, April 23rd at the Berry Center in Cypress. Wrestling starts at 9:00 a.m., followed by the medal rounds at 5:45 p.m.
