The Freshmen Football Blue & Gold teams traveled to Waco on Thursday to battle 6A power Austin Westlake at Paul Ryan Field. The Freshmen Gold returned victorious with a score of 12-8.

The Blue team battled courageously but fell losing 37-6 against a very talented squad. The Freshmen Football program will travel to Mesquite Horn on Thursday. MVP's for Westlake are:
