On Thursday evening, the Lady Scots competed in their final regular season meet of the year against Heath High School. The Lady Scots fielded a Varsity and JV team for this meet. Varsity finished 2nd behind Heath. JV placed first as a team.
The Varsity competition as led by Sophomore Linda Tran. Linda placed 2nd on Bars, 4th on Floor, 5th on Beam, 10th on Vault, and 4th All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.5 on Floor.
Sophomore Captain Kennedy Downing placed 3rd on Vault, 5th on Floor, 6th on Bars, 6th on Beam, and 5th All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.35 on Floor.
Junior Lauren Cimorelli placed 6th on Floor, 8th on Vault, and 9th on Beam. She scored season highs on Vault and Floor. Her highest score of the meet was 9.05 on Floor.
Sophomore Abby Sabatini placed 6th on Vault, and 8th on Floor. She scored season highs on Vault and Floor. Her highest score of the meet was Floor.
Junior Megan Mulcahy placed 7th on Bars, 9th on Vault, and 10th on Beam. Her highest score of the meet was Vault.
Junior Carly Hart placed 7th on Floor and 10th on Vault. She had a season high on Floor.
Junior Emily Conaty placed 10th on Beam. Sophomore MaryKate Sweary placed 9th on Bars.
Freshman Olivia Adams competed on Vault. Freshman Carly Steves competed on Bars.
In the JV competition, Junior Megan Mulcahy won Floor, Junior Emily Conaty won Vault, and Sophomore Abby Sabatini won Bars.
Junior Captain Aubrey Stevens placed 3rd on Floor, 4th on Beam, and 5th on Vault.
Freshman Olivia Adams placed 2nd on Beam, 4th on Bars, and 5th on Floor.
Sophomore Riley Rieman placed 4th on Vault, 4th on Floor, and 6th on Beam.
Freshman Carly Steves placed 5th on Vault, 5th on Beam, and 7th on Floor.
Freshman Sarah Barband placed 7th on Vault, 7th on Beam, and 8th on Floor.
Sophomore MaryKate Sweary placed 2nd on Floor and 6th on Vault.
Junior Carly Hart placed 2nd on Bars and 3rd on Beam.
Junior Lauren Cimorelli placed 3rd on Bars.
The Lady Scots will competed at District Championships hosted by Garland on March 31 and April 1.
