The Scots Gymnastics teams hosted the Highland Park Invite on February 13. The Lady Scots finished in 5th place just .5 out of 3rd place. They raised their season high team score by nearly 3.0 points.

Sophomore Linda Tran won Floor, was 4th on Beam, 5th on Bars, and 6th All-Around. Linda scored season highs on Beam, Floor and All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.7 on Floor.

Sophomore Captain Kennedy Downing placed 5th on Floor, 6th on Vault, 9th on Beam and 10th All-Around. She scored season highs on Beam, Floor and All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.5 on Floor.

Sophomore Abby Sabatini competed in the All-Around scoring season highs on Vault, Bars, Floor and All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 8.6 on Vault and Floor.

Junior Emily Conaty competed on three events scoring a season high on Beam and All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was Beam.

Junior Megan Mulcahy competed on Bars and Beam scoring a season high on Beam. Her highest score was Beam.

Freshman Olivia Adams competed on Vault and Bars scoring a season high on Vault.

Sophomore MaryKate Swear competed on Bars and Beam. Her highest score was Beam.

Junior Lauren Cimorelli competed on Floor. Junior Captain Aubrey Stevens competed on Vault. Sophomore Riley Rieman competed on Floor. Freshman Carly Steves competed on Bars.

The Lady Scots were joined by two young Scots who won the title of “Scot Gymnast for the Day”. Thank you for joining us Sarah and Avery!

The next meet for the Lady Scots is scheduled for Thursday, February 27 at Heath High School. This will be the last regular season meet.
