The Highland Park Men’s golf team qualified two teams to the State tournament last Wednesday and Thursday for only the fourth time in school history. Highland Park overcame some poor weather and course conditions to finish 1st and 2nd respectively.

The Scots were led by Trip Carter who won individual honors, Turner Hosch, and Austin Morrow. All three players were selected to the All-Tournament Team.

Other players qualifying are Scot Roden, Hudson Weibel, Jack Watson, Pierce Johnson, Christian Clark, Key Coker, and Knox Wagoner.

Both teams will head down to Georgetown for the State Tournament on Monday and Tuesday, May 20-21 at White Wing Golf Course.
