The Lady Scots Gymnastics Team are District Champions for the 7th year in a row! Along with the team title, the girls won every event and the all-around title as well.

Freshman Linda Tran was the District All-Around Champion. Linda was 2nd on Bars, 2nd on Floor, 3rd on Vault, and 5th on Beam. Her highest score of the meet was 9.55 on Optional Floor.

Freshman Kennedy Downing was District Vault Champion. Kennedy was 2nd All-Around, 3rd on Bars, 3rd on Floor, and 7th on Beam. Her highest score of the meet was 9.5 on Compulsory Vault.

Senior Captain Katherine Downing was District Floor Champion. Katherine was 2nd on Vault, 2nd on Beam, 6th on Bars, and 3rd All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.8 on Optional Floor.

Senior Captain Tatum Meeks was District Bars Champion and District Beam Champion. Her highest score of the meet was 9.55 on Compulsory Bars.

Freshman Abby Sabatini was 4th on Vault, 6th on Beam, 6th on Floor, and 8th All-Around. Her highest score of the meet was 9.3 on Compulsory Vault.

Sophomore Megan Mulcahy placed 4th on Bars and 4th on Beam. Her highest score of the meet was 9.0 on Compulsory Bars.

Sophomore Carly Hart placed 5th on Floor and 7th on Vault. Her highest score of the meet was 9.0 on Compulsory Vault and Compulsory Floor.

Sophomore Lauren Cimorelli placed 8th on Floor. Her highest score of the meet was 9.25 on Optional Floor.

Highland Park Gymnastics will host Regional Championships on April 16-17, 2019, at Highland Park High School.
