Congratulations to seniors Annie Cooper and Ryan Sontag as they represented Highland Park well as Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 5A/6A Cross Country All-Stars at the TGCA coaching clinic in Arlington on Saturday, July 18th. There were 17 Class 5A/6A Cross Country All-Stars selected by the association.

At the coaching clinic, the All-Stars demonstrated various drills for coaches and were recognized at halftime of the All-Star Basketball Game.

Annie is a senior on the Lady Scots Cross Country and Track & Field Teams. She competed at the UIL State Cross Country Championships as a junior. Ryan is a senior captain on the Lady Scots Cross Country Team and is also a member of the Lady Scots Track & Field Team. She has competed at the UIL State Cross Country Championships as a sophomore and a junior.
