Congratulations to the Lady Scots Track & Field Team as both the Varsity and JV won the District 12-5A Championship. The meet was held at Standridge Stadium in Carrollton on April 9th and 10th. The team set 41 new personal records and had 15 new season bests.

The following athletes qualified for the Area Meet: captain Cate Beecherl, Ansley Gearing, Natalie Hawsey, Finley Heckler, Lila Hegi, Zoya Jordan, captain Lainey Laczkowski, Emma Luedtke, Kate McCarty, Brooke Meaney, captain Gracelyn Nix, captain Izzy Ogle, McKenna O’Leary, Presley Pate, Emery Paulsen, Parker Petet, captain Bess Prather (alternate), Stella Pruett, Samantha Ramundt, Devon Schumacher, Sarah Skinner (alternate), Ryan Sontag, Claire Thrash (alternate), and Adelaide Wortman.

In the JV Division, the top competitors were: Penny Armbrister, Hallie Bacharach, Katelyn Baumgartner, Bowen Berlin, Kat Cali, Ellie Chong, Emma Rose Conger, Annie Cooper, Claire Deeken, Anna Heinrich, Lila Hinze, Thuy-Vi Le, Margaret Lee, Abby Meaney, Taylor Miller, Hattie Rhodes, Mila Sneider, Kate Swaldi, Ruthie Swope, and Evelyn Wells.
